A quick ferry ride over from the Island with our friends Kris, Shanna and Graham put us back in downtown Vancouver, where we crashed with our friends Craig and Katie. We were excited to be back in our old neighbourhood, and also excited to meet Ben, Craig and Katie’s new dog. Ben had been rescued from the streets of India, and he was a total sweetie.
Once we piled our stuff all over Craig and Katie’s apartment, we headed over to Granville Island. We grabbed some grub for dinner, some treats for Ben and our lunch, then headed back to relax. The next day was Sonja’s baby shower, where we were able to catch up with lots of friends all at once, and have some fun with Sonja and Chuck. Over the next few days and some breakfasts, lunches and dinners, we were able to catch up with many more friends and it felt really great to be back. We miss you, Vancouver.
