Sylvain, Denyse, Stephanie and Antoine were fantastic hosts for our visit to Quebec City! They took us in, drove us around AND made me the best poutine I could ever hope for. One of my top goals for visiting Quebec was to eat some authentic poutine, and despite everyone thinking I was a little crazy, they totally indulged me. New potatoes from Denyse’s father’s farm cut into home fries, authentic St Hubert sauce out of a can and fresh cheese curds, nice and squeaky! I couldn’t have asked for a better poutine! We had an awesome time hanging out them, and will definitely be back in the future!
