Well, this blog post is clearly much overdue!
Patrick and Belle sure set the bar high for my very first mother’s day! First Belle surprised me with a really sweet card – that tasted so good, Belle tried to eat it! Then, she gave me a beautiful necklace (I think she might have had a little help from Pat to pick it out!)
After that we met up with my folks and took the aquabus over to Monk’s for a fancy seafood brunch and then went for a little walk on the seawall. And as if that wasn’t enough, Patrick took me shopping on 4th Ave and didn’t complain once!
Yup, pretty great mother’s day. I wonder what they have planned for next year! haha!
