Welcome Isabelle!

She’s here! Born at 4:17am today, weighing in at 7lbs 5oz, and as beautiful as can be, Isabelle Kathleen Armstrong is now part of the outside world!

Her mom is doing great, and was an absolute rockstar, powering through labour like it “weren’t no thang.”

We are overjoyed.

I’m in love and my heart hurts because I am so far away. Seriously, I am sitting by the cold window all teary eyed by the miracle of this precious girl and the fact that I am stuck over here in Victoria instead of cuddled up to her in Van. sigh

What a joy you have. I can see the love radiating from both of you. Now the work begins! I hope your first night home wasn’t too trying. It is usually a real shock but I’m sure Belle sensed that she is just as safe on the outside as inside. Remember to rest when she decides to and love her every second she is awake. Can’t wait to hold and cuddle her!
    Love you guys
